Negotiation of Rights of Way is a complex, time consuming and tedious task. Strategic Scout has identified and manages each part of the process to minimize the time taken to reach agreement. We have also successfully used our lobbying skills to remove planning deadlocks typical of these negotiations.

We have developed a Rights of Way audit servicein order to check that if , after construction, the actual route follows the route that was agreed; in a number of actual cases we have found this not to be the case, exposing the operator to legal and technical risks.
